Clyde's Closet

Clyde’s Closet is a free, gently used professional clothing closet for UCCS students and alumni to utilize for interviews, career fairs, special events, and everything in between. Students can select up to 7 items per semester (free of charge and no requirement to return the clothing). Clyde’s Closet carries hundreds of clothing items great for any career development event.

Student information: UCCS students can come by any time during our office hours (Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm) to utilize Clyde’s Closet, no appointments are necessary. The closet is located in the UCCS Career Center (UC 114) and will be down the 5th hallway to the left after entering (just past the coffee maker and snacks-which are complimentary for students and staff!). 

Get to know Clyde’s Closet! Check out our fully stocked closet during our office hours. We have all kinds of business professional clothing including pants, tops (of all kinds), dresses, blazers, and even ties and shoes! Make sure to keep an eye out for Clyde’s Pop-Up Closet that makes special appearances at tabling events and other gatherings across campus each semester.

Donation Needs and Rules:

We are currently accepting donations for 

  • Petite or small women’s blazers and blouses
  • Belts
  • Smaller sizes (26 – 32 waist size) for men’s pants
  • Smaller size men’s blazers

Please do not donate used shoes, socks, or undergarments! We will not accept these donations for sanitary reasons.
