Marissa Caldwell

Marissa is a Career Coach at the T. Rowe Price Career and Innovation Center, where she works with undergraduate students, graduate students, and alumni at UCCS throughout every stage of their career journey; whether they're just getting started or looking to make a change. She is a proud UCCS alum with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a minor in Anthropology, and she especially enjoys connecting with students interested in criminal justice career paths. Her passion for understanding people and systems has also been shaped by her experiences living and traveling abroad, which gave her a broader perspective on culture and justice around the world. 

Marissa is currently starting her M.A in Leadership: Student Affairs in Higher Education(SAHE) and is passionate about helping students find careers that truly fit who they are and where they'll be happy. 

Outside of work, Marissa enjoys spending time with her family, which includes playing board games and exploring Colorado's trails with the family dogs. She also loves building LEGO sets, crocheting, and playing video games. Fun Facts: She lived in Germany for 4½ years and can solve a Rubik's cube in under 2 minutes!
