As the BRACE Teen Training Coordinator, you will work with local government leaders, school district leadership, and various community partners, to build a service program providing teen disaster preparedness classes. Through a disaster training focus that spans several generations, our community will be more resilient to future disasters.
Member Duties : BRACE’s Teen Training Coordinator will build organizational and regional capacity through educating, training, building community partnerships, and engaging volunteers in volunteer service. The Teen Training Coordinator will engage Escambia school district leadership, college campuses, and key community organizations to provide Teen Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) trainings and Campus CERT trainings and continue growing the Teen CERT program. The Teen Training Coordinator will handle all aspects of event coordination & preparedness for Teen CERT, Points of Distribution, First Aid and other BRACE events, as well as additional trainings that may occur during the year. The Teen Training Coordinator will also collaborate with BRACE staff and volunteers to develop programs for community presentations.

- The pay is $675.08/bi-weekly pre-tax, non-negotiable
- Requires living in/moving to Pensacola, FL
- 1-year term, can be extended up to 5 years pending supervisor approval
