Wednesday, March 29th, the recruiting team at the Beaufort County School District in S.C., is hosting our virtual 23-24 job fair. The hiring event is for certified teachers and soon to be certified student teachers. This past year, we offered a $2,000 retention bonus, $2,500 locality stipend, and a $50,066 first year salary! These vacancies are in Step 4 of your application and will help determine your interview team. *GREAT TIME SAVING TIP* There are several essay type questions on the application. Please keep your responses brief, to save you time. *GREAT NEWS TIP* We DO NOT require letters of recommendation. However, we do require completed reference forms that will be automatically pushed out to your references when you submit your application. In many cases, these “invitations” from FRONTLINE, to fill out a form go to SPAM. It is wise to notify your references to be on the lookout. College grads, it is recommended that you list your cooperating teacher(s) from your student teaching experience(s) and a college professor.
